Our Head Office is located in the world-famous village of Cheddar and we have an Innovation Centre near Bristol in Flax Bourton. Key Objectives:

To manager the resolution of customer complaints within given timescales and to be the first point of contact for all customer related technical issues

To manage pest control queries from Shell retail sites

To be responsible for the document control of ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System throughout the business
